As a professional we understand that your time is valuable, and that you need the best photos you can possibly get from your listing.

Below are some basic guidelines to get your listing prepared before we get there to maximize the time.

Turn all the lights on in the home
Turn all ceiling fans off
Make all beds neat and tidy
Toilet seat lids should be closed
Blinds should be open
Move any objects that need to be moved before the photographer gets there, we won't be moving them.

Doing these basic things can speed up the shoot to get you in and out of there!
